PP sheets

PP (polypropylene)

PP is the plastic with the lowest density and is characterized by a higher rigidity, hardness and strength than polyethylene. We also manufacture PP sheets in widths of up to 1500 mm and thicknesses of 1 to 12 mm. Polypropylene sheets are available as virgin PP sheets, regenerated PP sheets and mixtures.

Tablen® PP sheets have the following properties:

- High impact and notched impact strength
- High mechanical strength and rigidity
-  Continuous use temperature up to 110 ° C (short-term)
-  High rigidity and toughness down to -40 ° C (copolymer)
-  Good scratch resistance and hardness for the material
-  Easy workability
-  Very good chemical resistance
-  Approved for the transport of food in accordance with the specifications and notifications of the Federal Institute for Health Consumer Protection and Veterinary Medicine (BgVV) and the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
